To order a rendering, you will need a photograph of the property. You can hire Classic Captures to take the photo if you are in the Northern Virginia area or you can e-mail a photo to us. Normal turnaround time for orders is 2-3 weeks. Click here to view our framing options. Tips on taking the photo yourself: 1. Set your camera at the highest resolution possible. 2. Take the photo from 3 different views of the house: front, right side, left side (or the view you prefer). 3. Please exclude cars or objects that obstruct the view of the house. 4. For best results, make sure the sun is behind you and shining on the house -- not into your camera lens. 5. Don't forget to complete the order form and attach your photo. with questions or to place an order.
